Refund & Returns Policy
At Sandstone & Sage, we want you to love the products you order from us. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made our refund and returns process simple and transparent. Please review the guidelines below to understand your options.
1. Return Window
Most items may be returned within 30 days of the date your order is shipped for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided they meet the conditions listed below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags

Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Non-returnable items include:

Custom or made-to-order products

Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items

Items not purchased directly from Sandstone & Sage

Products that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

3. How to Start a Return
To begin a return:

Enter your order number and email address

Request a Return Authorization

Pack the item securely with all original packaging

Use the shipping method provided in your return instructions
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval, store credit, or an exchange.
4. Inspection and Restocking
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If an item is not returned in original, unused condition, we may refuse the return or apply a restocking fee when appropriate.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 15 business days after the item arrives at our facility for processing.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (for example, damaged or incorrect items).
6. Exchanges and Store Credit
If you prefer an exchange or store credit, please indicate this when submitting your return request. Store credit can be used toward any future order.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or is defective within the first 30 days:

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund based on the issue.
8. Refused Shipments and Cancellations
If a shipment is refused without prior approval, return shipping fees and restocking fees may be deducted from your refund.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering if the item has not yet shipped.
